One command, shipcel, builds the app on your computer, deploys it to your Cloudflare account and prints its address.
Alpha: everything here is built and tested; deploys from GitHub, the terminal and drag-and-drop have gone to real Cloudflare accounts; a few parts rest on Cloudflare betas. What isn't ready yet.
How it works
Shipcel is the control panel. Everything it sets up runs in your own Cloudflare account.
You
Push to GitHub, run shipcel, drop a folder or ask your AI agent.
Shipcel
Builds your app, sets up what it needs and checks every deploy.

Your visitors
Served from Cloudflare’s network around the world.
Stop using Shipcel and your apps keep running: they’re in your account.
No infrastructure code
Set up for you: Workers, builds, databases, storage, domains, secrets, sign-in and realtime, created and connected in your account. You never configure Cloudflare by hand.
Reviewed first: every change is shown before it happens, and recorded afterwards.
Daily work in the dashboard: secrets, domains, rollbacks, migrations, backups and previews.
Ready to deploy: starter kits deploy as they are, and the CLI recognises your framework.
Start your way
Four ways in, to the same project. Roll back any deploy in one click.
Build with your AI agent
Connect Claude Code, Codex, Cursor or another agent to Shipcel’s MCP server. Describe what you want; it builds, deploys and shows you the preview. Shipcel runs no model, so there is nothing extra to pay. Agents start at llms.txt.
“Add a newsletter sign-up, then deploy a preview.”
Deploy from Git
Connect a GitHub repository: every push deploys, and every pull request gets its own preview address, commented on the pull request.
git push→Preview address
Deploy from your terminal
Install it with npm install -g shipcel, then run shipcel in your project: it builds on your computer and deploys, a static site or an app with server code and a database. It works in CI with a token, too.
$ shipcel --prod
Drag and drop
Drop a built folder in the dashboard. A new app stays unpublished, with only its preview address working, until you choose to publish.

What every app gets
Deploy with a git push
Every push to your production branch deploys. Every pull request gets its own preview address, on staging copies of your data.
Free address, custom domains
Every app gets your-app.your-name.workers.dev for free, and your own domain takes a few clicks.
Databases, files and key-value data
D1 SQL, R2 files and KV, created after you review them, with migrations, exports and restore; Postgres or MySQL through Hyperdrive.
Sign-in and realtime
Passkey, GitHub, Google and email sign-in, and realtime channels with presence, in your account. Standard OpenID Connect, so any library works.
Analytics and logs
Requests, errors and response times, visitors and Core Web Vitals, build logs and live logs, from Cloudflare’s own data.
Changes you can check and undo
A health check after every deploy, one-click rollback, and a share of traffic for a new version before it gets it all.
Your framework, your language
Next.js, Astro, SvelteKit, React, Vue, Hono and static sites, plus Python Workers and Docker containers.
Built for teams
Owner, developer and viewer roles, API tokens for CI, and a record of every change.
Shipcel watches what every app costs, so a bug that loops can’t become a bill.
50%80%100%
50% and 80% of the budget: an alert
On track to go over by the end of the month: an alert
Over the budget: an alert, and a pause if you chose it
Every five minutes, Shipcel estimates what each app costs this month beyond what Cloudflare includes, and compares it with the app’s budget.
Free-only mode, on by default. Nothing a project can be billed for, such as file storage or containers, is created.
A budget for every app. $0 beyond what Cloudflare includes, unless you change it. Alerts in the dashboard, Slack, Discord or any webhook.
Alert only, or pause. An app that goes over can be paused: visitors see that, its schedules stop and its data stays, until you resume it.
The free plan stops instead of billing. Workers, D1 and KV stop at their daily limits until midnight UTC.
What the free plan includes
Shipcel's free plan sets everything up; Cloudflare's runs it in your account.
100,000requests a day to your server code
Unlimitedrequests for static files
5 GBof SQL databases
1 GBof key-value data
3,000build minutes a month
100projects in Shipcel
Workers, D1 and KV stop at their daily limits until midnight UTC instead of billing you.
Everything in both free plans
Free
$0 a month, no card
From Shipcel
Up to 100 projects, as many Workers as Cloudflare’s free plan allows in one account
Free-only mode, on by default: nothing a project can be billed for, such as R2 storage or containers, is created
A budget guard for every app: alerts at 50%, 80% and over a budget you set ($0 beyond what Cloudflare includes, by default), and an optional pause
Deploys from GitHub on every push, and a preview address for every branch and pull request, on staging copies of your data
Deploys without Git: shipcel from your terminal, drag and drop, or your own AI agent through MCP
A free address for every app, your-app.your-name.workers.dev, and custom domains when you want them
D1 SQL databases, R2 file storage and KV, created in your account after you review them
Sign-in for your users (passkeys, GitHub, Google, email) and realtime channels, in your account
Database migrations, exports and point-in-time restore
Health checks after every deploy, one-click rollback, traffic splitting, and recovery of interrupted steps
Fourteen starter kits, including Next.js, Python, containers, Umami, n8n and WordPress (experimental), and imports of existing repositories (containers need Workers Paid, Cloudflare’s $5-a-month plan)
No monthly limit on deployments; one setup runs at a time, like Cloudflare’s single free build
In your Cloudflare account
Shipcel adds no limits of its own below these. Your apps get Cloudflare's full free allowance:
Server code (Workers): 100,000 requests a day, 10 ms CPU time per request
Static files: Free and unlimited requests
D1 SQL databases: 5 GB in total, up to 10 databases of 500 MB; 5 million rows read and 100,000 rows written a day; 7 days of point-in-time restore
Postgres and MySQL through Hyperdrive: 100,000 queries a day to a database hosted elsewhere, which bills you itself
KV key-value data: 100,000 reads and 1,000 writes a day; 1 GB stored
R2 file storage: 10 GB stored, 1 million writes and 10 million reads a month; no egress fees. R2 bills usage beyond this even on the free plan
Durable Objects (realtime): 100,000 requests and 13,000 GB-seconds a day; idle WebSocket connections hibernate at no cost
Builds: 3,000 build minutes a month, one build at a time
Email sending: Not offered
Containers: Not available
Workers, D1 and KV stop at their daily limits until midnight UTC instead of billing you. R2 is pay-as-you-go beyond its free tier.
Shipcel stays free, as a launch offer. Every price here is Cloudflare's, charged by Cloudflare at its list prices: no markup, no platform fee, no per-seat pricing.
